Pilates is a workout that focuses on building strength, flexibility and lean muscle tone with an emphasis on lengthening the body and aligning the spine, rather than on bulking and shortening the muscles. Pilates is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.  Club Pilates in Progress Ridge is offering an introductory class for us for free. This class is limited to 12 people.  Bring a pair of yoga/slipper socks to wear for the class.
